Generally someone can change the state of any bug if that person is in a position to know it should change. So you could move these to resolved as long as you have sufficient permissions at bugs.webkit.org.

I gave you more bugs.webkit.org power to modify bugs you did not report that were not assigned to you, so you should be able to deal with things like this now.
