[webkit-dev] Make commit bot to update patch title after landing?

Sounds like a great idea.  The code is in
http://trac.webkit.org/browser/trunk/WebKitTools/Scripts/webkitpy (in
particular, bugzilla.py for this change).  Feel free to send us a
patch.
