The code is under review in
<https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36911>.  We would have landed
it already, but I asked Eric to reorganize the code for better re-use
in the future.  The patch doesn't seem to apply to TOT anymore.  I'm
not sure how hard the merge would be.
