[webkit-dev] Unexpected Outage: commit-queue

Update:  The commit-queue is BACK!

Huzzah!  Thanks to Dimity for his fix.  It looks like
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31615 was the major cause of
the crashes.  I expect there still may be some flakiness, but our bots
seem to be staying green and hopefully most of the false rejections
will be gone.

If your patch is still waiting in the queue (7 of the 14 pending have
been processed already), you can check on it here:
