[webkit-dev] Problem with building WebKit

It looks like Cygwin's link.exe is getting invoked instead of VC++  
Express's link.exe. I suspect you have an issue with your PATH. You  
could try adding the directory that contains VC++ Express's link.exe  
to your PATH.
