[webkit-dev] ［GTK］Scroll deficiency

Hi, brent
 Yeah.The issue is same to ur.and i also use cairo backend for gtk+.

 As far as i know, not only i have the problem in the directfb+gtk+
platform.

 We need any clues about it.
