[webkit-dev] build webkit.dll on windows error

like adam, I have also not seen this error. Make sure that your Build
Environment is properly setup.  u can refer to
http://webkit.org/building/tools.html

u may have missed Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Suite Service Pack
