[webkit-dev] To use Freenode IRC, do I need to use non-windows OS ?

 Hello,

I've read that there is a place for developers' discussion in Freenode IRC.
But my safari on win XP only says that she can't access the url because
windows doesn't recognise irc scheme url.
Then do I need to try it on linux or mac?
