[webkit-dev] Building WebKit GTK+

We don't use autogen.sh. We have special build tools written in Perl,  
which are located at Scripts/, relative to the tarball's root. Please  
see the WebKit website [1] and Trac installation [2] for further  
instructions on how to build WebKit.
