In general, the ToT will build assuming you have applied the patch
from https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17484.

It certainly built as of Monday.

I'm in the process of trying to push through a few more changes, which
will greatly lessen the amount of patching required.

Also, once the chromium Thread changes are landed, one more set of
files can be removed from the patch.

It's getting very close to being completely integrated with the SVN head.
