[webkit-dev] WebKit - GTK port - disable scrolling

[Iulian]

I'm using my own browser and i don't have ScrolledWindow.
Even so my page has some scroll (a few pixels up and down).
Same behaviour i have with Mozilla FireFox, but with Internet Explorer and
Opera i do not have this behaviour.
