[webkit-dev] Patch status display on bugs.webkit.org

With a lot of help from Evan Martin, I've created an extension that
adds a small status indicator to patches on bugs.webkit.org.  The
indicator shows whether the patch has passed the various bots
(currently Style, Chromium, and Qt).  I've attached screenshots so you
can see what it looks like.  You can download the extension here:

As we bring more bots online, this user interface should scale better
than posting lots of "pass" comments.  If folks like this display, we
can incorporate it into bugs.webkit.org directly.
