Thanks for the link Darin, I had no idea that defer and async were already
in HTML5 :)

Steve, if you have any interest in writing a few tests for this kind of
functionality, that'd be awesome.  In the meantime, I will try and ping one
of the HTML5 folks here to note that this is an area we could prioritize
implementing.
