[webkit-dev] ATL Header?

This is probably just an oversight. We should probably change record- 
memory-win to use std::string or something similar that is available  
with VC++ Express. Would you mind filing a bug at <https://bugs.webkit.org/ 
 >? (Patches are welcome, too, of course!)
