[webkit-dev] HTML5 offline support of Webkit

Hi,
    I am a student who is a Firefox extension developer and very interested
in web technology. I have paid attention to webkit for a long time. And I
want to apply for some projects in Webkit in this Google Summer of Code. I
found there is an entry in your project idea list page:

   - HTML 5 <http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/> Offline
   Web Applications support -
   http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#offline

But, I find the recent released safari 3.1 has support HTML5 offline. So
could you please what does this project mean? Is there anything I miss here?
