Hey Nishit,

for one, this list doesn't seem like the right place to talk about
a particular browser. For that you should for instance ask for help in
#midori on irc.freenode.net.

with regard to the question, I think this really is something you
should consult your platform/ device for, whatever that is. Most unix
systems install hicolor implicitly for you. Other than that, you might
have to find out how the paths and environment on your platform are
setup.
