[webkit-dev] Build question on QT window version

I found some discussions about localtime_s when using MinGW.

I followed the suggestion to write some functions to work around the
compiling error and it works.
[Still using MingGW, since
http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/wiki/BuildingQtOnWindows instructs]
