[webkit-dev] Build Webkit on Windows

The errors seen here look like the kind of thing you see if either (1)  
update-webkit was never run, or (2) the WEBKITLIBRARIESDIR environment  
variable isn't set. (2) would only happen if you were trying to build  
from within the IDE (build-webkit sets this environment variable for  
you). Did you follow all the instructions at <http://webkit.org/building/checkout.html
