[webkit-dev] Patch integration query

Geoff is correct, Apple employees can't discuss future release plans  
with any specificity.

One thing we can say is that tip of tree WebKit will eventually be  
shipped. So if a particular fix doesn't make it into a particular OS  
update, it will still eventually make it into an upcoming major release.
