[webkit-dev] don't regard ChangeLog in the common path calculation on webkit-changes

We user SVN::Notify, a perl module and the svnnotify script it comes  
with.

I am also looking into a better subject line. Currently svnnotify is  
the one generating it from svnlook (not from the ChangeLog).
