I like the blue and the pink the best. On the green it's hard to pick  
out the links from the background text, and the yellow seems a bit  
garish. I would like the green better if the links were in a more  
contrasting color. You could also consider making the header banner a  
different background color.

In general I love this new design. We could also consider different  
colors for different sections of the site. Maybe the blog can be a  
different color, but same basic design. Maybe the project pages can  
have their own colors.
