Reviewed by Antti Koivisto.

Make the existing unit tests always reutrn a promise instead of manually calling &quot;done&quot; callback as done
in <a href="http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/changeset/213969">r213969</a>. The promise tests are a lot more stable and less error prone.

Also use MockRemoteAPI.waitForRequest() instead of chaining two resolved promises where appropriate.
