To produce correct width (and type) results, BorderEdge class needs to take device pixel ratio into account.

Currently not testable.

(WebCore::BorderEdge::obscuresBackgroundEdge):
(WebCore::BorderEdge::getDoubleBorderStripeWidths): this does not always produce the same
