  [JSC] Add fast path in `Array#with` for `ArrayWithArrayStorage`

Reviewed by Yusuke Suzuki.

We already added fast paths to `Array#with` for ArrayWithInt32,
ArrayWithDouble, and ArrayWithContiguous[1].

This patch adds a fast path for ArrayWithArrayStorage.
