  [GLIB] Update apt dependency list

Reviewed by Adrian Perez de Castro.

Upgrade list of Debian/Ubuntu packages required to build WebKitGTK and
WPE. Some packages are no longer needed, so they were removed. Other
packages are always guaranteed to exist, so there's no need to install
and alternative package.
