It has no effect to set _NT_SYMBOL_PATH environment variable in
run-webkit-tests script because ntsd.exe is executed by the system.
You need to set _NT_SYMBOL_PATH to the system environment variable for
the crash log. For example:

  reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment" /f /v _NT_SYMBOL_PATH /d "cache*C:\temp\symcache;srv*https://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols"
