  [WPE] Remove wpe-webkit-1.0 API

Reviewed by Carlos Garcia Campos.

Remove the USE_SOUP2 build option, which effectively disallows building
the wpe-webkit-1.0 API. The support code for libsoup2 needs to be left
as it is still used by the GTK port.

* Source/cmake/OptionsWPE.cmake: Remove the USE_SOUP2 option.
