Unreviewed.

We partiall revert the revert which removed the fix for one of the test.
After applying this patch and the previous revert, we are back to disabling StorageAccessOnRedirectSitesWithQuirk and StorageAccessGrantMultipleSubFrameDomains on macOS, but ResourceLoadDelegate.LoadInfo  is now enabled and runs fine..
