Unreviewed infrastructure fix.

Removing visionOS from platforms which need their dyld shared cache rebuilt
when running tests in simulator.

* Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/xcode/simulated_device.py:
    -> (SimulatedDeviceManager.initialize_devices): Remove visionOS/xrOS from platforms for which to rebuild the dyld cache.
