Remove superseded iOS expectations for WPT test
html/semantics/interactive-elements/the-summary-element/interactive-content.html

The change in merged in https://commits.webkit.org/270924@main marks
that test as [ Skip ] for iOS (due to the test relying on test_driver.click() —
which isn’t supported for iOS testing), so this change removes/reverts the
now-superseded [ Pass Failure ] iOS expectation for the test which was
added in https://commits.webkit.org/270906@main
