  [WPE][GTK] Test gardening for `fast/text`

Unreviewed test gardening.

After r288070, as documented in b/236298, several reftests failing with
ImageOnlyFailure after the work done in r288070 to continue our LFC IFC
migrations.

* LayoutTests/platform/glib/TestExpectations: Move to GLIB to DRY up code.
* LayoutTests/platform/gtk/TestExpectations: Add image failing ref tests
after r288070.
