  [JHBuild] [GTK] Update libwpe and wpebackend-fdo dependencies

WebKitGTK was using very old versions of libwpe and wpebackend-fdo.

Thanks to the upgrade now there's a downstream patch that is no longer
necessary, so it can be removed.

* Tools/jhbuild/jhbuild-minimal.modules:
