  [GTK][WPE] Gardening of flaky tests (WebGL2 and others) from May 2023

Unreviewed gardening.

Mark the flaky tests detected on the WPE and GTK Release test bots.
WebGL2 related tests continue to exhibit a "deterministic flakiness"
behaviour that causes issues on the EWS bots.
