  Add dark mode to webkit.org's Standards Positions

Reviewed by Tim Nguyen.

Adds support for dark mode, removes a style rule that's no longer
applicable, corrects styling of even rows to take hidden rows into
account, fixes a hyperlink, and removes a replacement operation that's
also no longer applicable.
