  [WPE] API Test gardening: `TestWebsiteData` `storage` consistently passes

Unreviewed test gardening.

These tests PASS in the WPE API bots, as well as consistently in the last
1000 reports. They also pass locally, so they are no longer flaky tests.

* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/glib/TestExpectations.json: Removed `TestWebsiteData`
test `storage` test expectations for flaky tests as that no longer applies.
