  [WPE] Gardening `accessibility/table-cell-spans.html`

Unreviewed test gardening.

There is a difference of 1-2 pixels in cell positions between GTK and WPE,
presumably caused by font rendering. When using the "Ahem" font, the
output is identical.

I don't think it is worth further investigation.

* LayoutTests/platform/gtk/accessibility/table-cell-spans-expected.txt: Copied from LayoutTests/platform/glib/accessibility/table-cell-spans-expected.txt.
* LayoutTests/platform/wpe/accessibility/table-cell-spans-expected.txt: Renamed from LayoutTests/platform/glib/accessibility/table-cell-spans-expected.txt.
