* Source/WTF/Scripts/Preferences/UnifiedWebPreferences.yaml:

This patch updates UnifiedWebPreferences.yaml so that the generated feature flag
"Experimental Feature" UI better matches our shipping software, and matches the
expectations of the various feature owners I reviewed these with.
