  AX: VoiceOver cannot navigate tables on alaskaair.com, but only with VoiceOver for Mac.

If a role is put on a <tbody> it breaks the parent/child hierarchy for tables. In these cases,
we should not expose a table as a data table. We should also not mark tables if they have hidden headers or footers.
