  [CMake] Remove obsolete find modules

Reviewed by Michael Catanzaro.

CMake 3.14 added find modules for Fontconfig and SQLite3 so prefer
those versions now that the minimum is 3.16.

The other modules are no longer in use so just remove them.

* Source/cmake/FindNghttp2.cmake: Removed.
* Source/cmake/FindPixman.cmake: Removed.
* Source/cmake/FindSQLite3.cmake: Removed.
