  Unreviewed gardening for ChakraCore tests on Win JSC
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=255019

Renable various tests and add a Win-specific expectation.
(The latter wouldn't be necessary if we could easily `diff -a` against the existing JSC baseline, but adding a
platform-specific expectation seems less complicated. It's weird that the test is using binary output anyway.)
