[jsc-dev] sh4 specific code removal

Hi,

It seems that sh4 JIT code does not compile for a while : r189884 at least, but I'm pretty sure it's way more than that.
As I used to maintain it and nobody seems to have interest in this architecture anymore, I'm willing to remove all sh4 specific code from JavaScriptCore (this is my New Year's resolution)

If anyone has still interest in this architecture, please add a comment in the bug I've created for the occasion : https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166640

PS : in all cases, sh4 code will remain available in the version control system history
