I went ahead and made a "tracking bug" for a port to Win32. My goal is to have Win32 to have a working port by the end of the year, and build it in lockstep with the official MacOS X port. This makes sure that the Win32 version will have the same updates as the OS X version, and once done, actual bugs can be fixed against both simultaneously. http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3356
