I have used update-webkit to get latest code from svn. After removing 'WholeProgramOptimization="1" ' in WebKit\WebCore\WebCore.vcproj\WebCore.vcproj, i got a 313MB WebCore.lib inWebKit\WebKitBuild\lib.
