Of course not. Unless you're root you don't even have permissions to write to /System/Library/Frameworks, and you shouldn't be building things as root. Have you read <http://webkit.opendarwin.org/building/build.html>? It clearly tells you there how to run Safari with your built WebKit. -- Finlay
