I tried this by typing this:
/msg ChanServ set #webkit restricted on
This command works differently from +r: it forbids join for people who are not in access list, instead of simply forbidding unregistered users.
What’s the ChanServ function for setting +r?
I think it is:
/msg chanserv set #webkit mlock +r
