[webkit-dev] [Intersection Observer] Accept a Document as an explicit root

Hello, This email is to announce that Igalia has started to implement a recent enhancement to Intersection Observer, that allows users to specify a Document as an explicit root. The typical use case is when such a Document is the one of an iframe.
