FYI, this has now shipped in Chrome (https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/tEZ4RVsP1ms/m/TJpJhstGAgAJ) with Google Search engineering working on adding the header to the site. I'd still appreciate WebKit's view on this.
