[webkit-dev] Request for position on Heavy Ad Intervention

Hi webkit-dev, I'd like to request an official position on the Heavy Ad Intervention. While we aren't proposing a full spec for this intervention, we are proposing an update to the HTML spec which allows user agents to unload iframes/embeds at will. Any feedback is appreciated.
