[webkit-dev] Lost docs!

Hi, I've noticed we have a bunch of documentation on https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/wiki that has not been migrated to https://docs.webkit.org/index.html. Some of the documentation looks pretty important, e.g. [1]. In the case of this specific page, we can probably just copy/paste it onto the bottom of [2] or similiar; it's easy to move since it's Markdown in either place. We should think about what to do with the other pages, though.
