[webkit-dev] Position on manifest spec change: display_override

Hello WebKit! I would like to request an official WebKit position on adding the display_override field to the WebManifest. This is just a change to the manifest parser, and doesn't directly involve implementation of new features (though it enables a path to adding new display modes).
